About This Role

Drive growth and strategic partnerships for Pawanax. You'll identify and close partnerships with hospitals, clinics, health ministries, and NGOs — and help unlock grant funding from organizations like Gates Foundation, Wellcome Trust, and USAID that are investing billions in African digital health.

We are prioritizing builders who are deeply curious, mission-driven, and excited to grow fast while solving real African healthcare problems.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify potential hospital, clinic, and NGO partners across Africa
  • Support grant applications to Gates Foundation, Wellcome Trust, USAID, and NIH Fogarty
  • Build and maintain relationships with health ministry stakeholders
  • Create compelling sales collateral, pitch decks, and proposals
  • Attend health conferences and represent Pawanax (HIMSS Africa, Health Innovation Summit)
  • Track and report on partnership pipeline and conversion metrics

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interest in AI, digital health, or social impact
  • Self-starter with ability to work autonomously
  • Research skills to identify and qualify leads
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or healthcare consulting
  • Existing network in African healthcare or tech ecosystems
  • Experience writing grant proposals or funding applications
  • Understanding of African health financing landscape
