About This Role

We are looking for an ambitious Partnerships & Sales Ops Intern to help us build institutional relationships with hospitals, clinics, NGOs, and government health bodies. You will research, qualify, and outreach to decision-makers — learning enterprise sales from the ground up.

We are prioritizing builders who are deeply curious, mission-driven, and excited to grow fast while solving real African healthcare problems.

What You'll Do

  • Research and map potential hospital, clinic, and NGO partnerships in target markets
  • Draft and send outbound emails and LinkedIn messages to decision-makers
  • Maintain and update the CRM with contact records and deal stages
  • Prepare pitch decks, one-pagers, and partnership proposals
  • Assist with scheduling and preparing for stakeholder meetings
  • Track and report on outbound pipeline metrics weekly

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication and professional correspondence skills
  • Research skills and comfort with outbound prospecting
  • High attention to detail and organisational discipline
  • Interest in healthcare, enterprise sales, or business development

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM
  • Existing network in East African healthcare or NGO sector
  • Prior internship in sales, BD, or consulting
